With so many boats to choose from, and the variety of locations that we offer, we understand that you probably have many questions for us. Found below you can find the answers to a list of frequently asked questions. If you cannot find the answer to your question feel free to contact us and one of our booking agents will be more than happy to help you.

Booking and payment

Yes, absolutely! If the size of your group has changed or something unexpected has happened, please call one of our booking agents to explain the situation and they will be more than happy to help rearrange your reservation.

We accept credit, debit and PayPal as forms of payment. However, for last minute bookings we only accept credit card or PayPal.

When reservations are made months in advance of your reservation, you can pay a deposit of 35%. This allows us to secure your preferred time. The following 65% must be paid within the 7 days of your reservation. If you book within the week, however, you have to pay the full amount.

We advise that groups of 50 or more persons should book their reservation at least 2 weeks in advance of their preferred date, in order for us to provide the best experience for you.

Groups less than 50 persons can make their reservations as late as the day of their preferred date.

It is important to keep in mind that if you want additional entertainment or catering on board, it is mandatory to inform your booking agent of this while making your reservation, or at least 7 days before your event.


We have boats in harbors all over the Netherlands. To name a few of our most popular locations: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Harlingen, & Hoorn.

We have a large selection of boats, ranging from all types and sizes. A few examples of the types of boats we have include, canal boats, RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) boats, two-masted clippers, and large event boats.

Included with the boat hire, is an experienced skipper and crew depending on the size of the boat. For example, sloops in Amsterdam include one experienced skipper, while on the larger sailboats there is an experienced crew to ensure the safety and enjoyment of your journey.

On the canal boats, drinks can also be provided in a Dutch bar which includes beer, wine and soft drinks, or an International bar which includes the same beverages with the addition of spirits. On board, there is also a friendly boat hostess to cater to the needs to all guests.

All of our boats meet the national safety requirements. On board, there are lifejackets for all of its passengers, and the captains are instructed in the all safety measures and procedures.
